How do I know my order has been confirmed?
Once you have successfully placed your order, we will notify you via text message and an email will be sent out to you with the order number. We will also notify you when the order is shipped, and an email is sent out.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel an order or item from an order before it gets shipped from our Warehouse by contacting our customer support team on the customer service number. For paid orders, the refund will be issued to your original payment mode within 48-96 hours.
Please note that we can not cancel orders which have been shipped out. Please wait for your package to arrive and you may keep it. Please do not refuse the delivery as the undelivered package will impact on your history.
How much do you charge for the shipping?
There is very nominal charge of Rs 79 as shipping fee for the orders below Rs 799. All orders above Rs 799 will be free of shipping charges.
When will I receive my order?
You will receive your order within 7-15 business days from the date it is placed.
